• Join the Care Management team within the Benefits Department
• Strengthen the Personal Insurance Department, which provides our clients with high-quality services in benefits management

missions

• Conducting courtesy visits related to loss of earnings due to illness
• Negotiate to encourage the parties to reach a constructive solution in cases where the work-related absence is expected to continue for an extended period
• Contact the various parties involved (employer, unemployment insurance, disability insurance, and the beneficiary (employer, employee, insurer))
• Negotiate with lawyers, unions, and/or insurers

Profile recherché

• Legal training or federal certification in insurance
• Proven professional experience in the field of services, ideally in a personal insurance department and/or in brokerage
• Ideally, experience in the field of labor law and/or mediation is desired
• Excellent oral and written proficiency in French (English and German)
• Proficiency in standard computer software (MS Office)
• Open-minded, recognized for your negotiation and communication skills
