Case Manager (m/f/d) - 80-100% Bern/Olten/Aargau region

Tasks

• Visiting, advising, and supporting seriously injured persons and clients within the framework of accident insurance under the UVG (Federal Law on Accident Insurance)
• Coordination of complex insurance claims requiring support for the professional and social reintegration of the injured person
• Conducting on-site meetings and clarifications with insured persons and customers
• Proactive contact with the various parties involved (insured person, employer, doctors, IV, etc.) and coordination of measures with the aim of achieving a win-win situation for all parties involved.
• Cooperation with external partners in the context of reintegration measures
• Negotiations with lawyers, companies, insured persons, and/or insurers
• Visits in connection with pension reviews and general UVG clarifications

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in the field of accident insurance or proven professional experience in the field of personal or social insurance
• Completed training as a lawyer and/or federal certificate in insurance with broad legal knowledge
• CAS in Case Management from Vortal
• German as mother tongue, second national language would be an advantage
• Proficiency in common computer tools (MS Office)
