Your role
We are looking for a highly motivated and qualified Category & Sourcing Manager to join our Category & Sourcing team for Technology (Hardware).
Tasks
- Responsibility for category delivery across all category scorecard KPIs
- Develop and execute a category management strategy that aligns with the strategy, objectives and operating plan of Group Technology and UBS as a whole
- Develop, structure and execute go-to-market/deal strategies for large-scale and high-volume IT hardware deals for UBS globally, with the goal of creating value and optimizing costs
- Responsibility for category delivery across all category scorecard dimensions
- Contribute to the development of the IT hardware category strategy by providing insights and recommendations
- Preparing and managing complex negotiations when considering a new supplier or engagements with existing, challenging suppliers; facilitating elements of complex deals such as:
- Rfx structure
- Base Case
- Business Case
- Commercialization model
- Solution/offer evaluation
- Transition, transformation and termination planning
- Deal

Requirements
- 10+ relevant experiences as a sourcing expert in deal negotiations for large companies
- Experience in working with large-scale companies
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented, structured and organized
