CDD - Middle Office Manager M/F
The Middle Office Manager position is a fixed-term contract (CDD) for 6 months in Paris, where the employee will be responsible for managing customer, account, and contract data, as well as ensuring the quality of this data. The ideal candidate will have at least 6-10 years of experience in finance or banking and will have knowledge of KYC, middle office, and customer management.
missions
Within the Operational Services Department, the RBC department manages the creation and management of clients, accounts, and contracts in conjunction with the operational asset management departments. Responsibilities include:- Check and validate data entered by customers and collect information when establishing contact
- Establish contact
- Check the completeness of the documentation required for incoming files and verify the quality of the associated data and documents (customer KYC knowledge).
- Validate or archive customer data in the referenced tool
- Monitor referred customer data (monitoring 525) and update the "customer file," "business file," and "quality file" documents.
- Record account closing data
General criteria
The general criteria for this position are:- Minimum level of education: Bac +2 / L2
- Education/Specialization: Bachelor's degree/L3 with a degree in banking or finance would be a real plus.
- Minimum experience level: 6–10 years
- Experience: 6-10 years of experience in securities operations, market operations, in a management company would be a plus
