Missions
The Risks and Permanent Controls (RPC) department is the Bank's second line of defense. It independently analyzes and controls credit risks, market risks and operational risks.
The main missions of the Credit Analyst / Credit Processor are:
- Review and analysis of credit dossiers assigned to the various Group entities (Caisse d'International, Switzerland, Monaco, Luxembourg, Belgium);
- Ensuring a comprehensive view of the loans with a transversal analysis of the development of the Group's risks.
Tasks
- Support in the processing of credit dossiers after validation of credit delegations;
- Analysis of credit dossiers with regard to the analysis of the bank's units (Switzerland, Monaco, Luxembourg, Belgium);
- Conducting an upstream analysis, presentation to the credit committee and defending the risk department's position;
- Negotiating structural adjustments with the specialist departments;
- Ensuring and controlling the risk/localization balances of the Bank's international units;
- Interface to other specialized departments (RPC: market risks, engagement management).

Candidate criteria
- At least a university degree (Bac +5 / M2 and higher);
- Education / Specialization: University degree or diploma from a university or a business or engineering school;
Experience
- At least 2-5 years of experience in credit risk analysis, gained in an exposure department or within a risk department;
- Experience in finance (commercial) or in the financial sector;
Wanted skills
- Cultural understanding of economic relationships with good knowledge of basic financial and market concepts;
- Ability to work in a team, initiative, willingness to make suggestions and decision-making ability;
- Experience in a banking environment (back office, trading floor) and/or successful experience in a specialist role or as a manager;
- Ability to deal with high-level interlocutors and defend positions in a working and persuasive spirit;
- Ability to consider risks and their impact on the specialist departments and to ensure compliance with specialist standards and regulatory requirements;
- Ability to create and persuade reports, recognize signals to anticipate risk deterioration and take timely action;
- University degree in financial analysis (control of cash flows and/or analysis of social and consolidated financial statements);
- Rigor and sound knowledge of technical standards and local conditions.
IT skills
- Good knowledge of office software (Word, Excel...);
