CDI - Client Service Officer (M/F) in Lille
The position of Client Service Officer in Lille offers an opportunity to work in customer service and banking operations, with a focus on administrative and commercial support. The ideal candidate has at least 3–5 years of experience in banking and a solid understanding of banking operations and finance.

The 15-member Life Corporate team is looking for a new team member to strengthen its ranks and support the business development of new client assets. The main responsibilities of the position are:- Administrative Management and Sales Follow-up
- Management of administrative and commercial operations
- Monitoring of operations (in full compliance with procedures)
- Follow-up on quality/risk alerts (customer disputes)
- Customer Service Hotline
- Answers to customer questions
- Management of Banking Services and Payment Methods
- Participation in sales follow-up
- Data entry and CRM management, as well as customer contact
- Preparation of client/recipient RIOs, documentation, and sales letters
- Assistance with the development of internal reporting materials
- Invitations and follow-up for client events
Profile recherché
- Minimum level of education: Bac + 2 / L2
- Education / Specialization: Degree in the field of wealth management (specifically finance)
- Minimum experience: 3–5 years
- Required skills:
- Good knowledge of banking and financial operations
- Proficiency in office software
