As part of the Private Banking team, the Client Service Officer supports private and legal entities in managing their accounts, preparing loans, and in day-to-day operations. The focus is on customer service, document management, and communication with customers.

Tasks

  • Support for private clients and companies at Banque Privée
  • Preparation of credit and account files, management of project flows
  • Data entry in tools for monitoring inventories and managing due dates
  • Handling of daily operations (debits, transfers, monitoring of bookings/capital disbursements)
  • Monitoring of stocks
  • Management of documents and regulatory requirements in customer files
  • Tracking loan maturities and renewals
  • Complex customer cases
  • Knowledge of and compliance with internal and external ethical rules

Requirements

  • At least Bac +5 / M2
  • Education/specialization: Bac+2/3 or Bac+4 in banking, finance, insurance
  • At least 3-5 years experience
  • Experience in a similar field required
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in Office tools (Word, Excel)
    • Adaptability to new IT tools
    • Autonomy, organization, and priority management
    • Customer focus and needs orientation
    • Initiative and ability to make suggestions
    • Efficient management of customer and banker files
