CDI - Banking and Market Back Office Supervisor M/F

The position of Back Office Banking and Markets Supervisor at CA Indosuez in Paris involves responsibility for managing and supervising back office activities in the banking and markets division. The successful candidate will have experience in banking and market operations and the ability to support a team and manage the flow of securities efficiently.

missions

At CA Indosuez, the Operational Services Department, which is responsible for the operational processing of all cash flow transactions, is part of the Operations Department. The Banking and Market Back Office, which has six employees, handles the processing and recording of the bank's financial transactions. It deals with all securities, shares, and management activities. Your tasks will consist of processing, checking, and validating cash flow transactions:
  • Service sectors:
    • Back Office Flux (SWIFT and STO 300 and above),
    • Exchanges with ATIs,
    • Transfers (account to account, systematic, bank check, interest reconciliation, payment account, flow control),
    • Markets: night-time reconciliations, securities transaction processing, settlement transfers, RIT declarations, PSEE management for securities payment transactions, securities transaction control management, account control, and payment chain management.
    • Cashier: check orders, cash withdrawals, cash management, tracking outstanding payments, checking payment methods, account reconciliation.
  • Manage operational relations with our partners (other Indosuez entities, CA Group networks, presentations, etc.)

Profile

  • Education/Specialization: Bachelor's/Master's degree in banking/finance/insurance.
  • Minimum experience level: 0–10 years
  • Experience: Your experience and expertise in banking operations/markets will enable you to support the team and ensure that securities flows are processed in the most efficient manner. Experience in an operational coordination department (securities back office, market data, atypical client transactions, etc.) would be an advantage.
  • Computer tools: Good command of Swift, Coresa, SEPA, and Office Suite (Excel, etc.)
  • Languages: Working knowledge of English
