CDS Business Support & Development Manager, Full-Time (f/m/d)

Tasks

The CDS Business Support and Development Team is responsible for managing day-to-day operational and administrative tasks in close collaboration with the Account Opening and Modification Team. Its responsibilities include:

• Assistance with daily inquiries and updating internal guidelines
• Supporting internal stakeholders by implementing new forms in the CRM/CLM system and defining the associated processes
• Collaboration with the relevant departments, such as Legal & Compliance or the Tax Department
• Supporting the Client Documentation Team with bank forms and their handling and related processes
• Resolving discrepancies with Legal & Compliance and other departments

Requirements

The following requirements apply to this position:

• Banking apprenticeship and/or higher education
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the Client Documentation Service
• Knowledge of banking regulatory requirements regarding due diligence (CDB)
• Experience with client database systems such as CRM, CLM, and Know Your Customer (KYC) tools
• Experience working at a financial institution and a solid understanding of banking practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a structured approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong willingness to learn and contribute
• Ability to manage competing priorities under pressure, work in teams, and adapt quickly to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Proficient user of MS Office applications, with skills in Excel and PowerPoint
