CDS Business Support & Development Manager, Full-Time (f/m/d)

As a CDS Business Support & Development Manager at Julius Baer in Zurich, you will be responsible for the operational management and process optimization of the Client Documentation Service in close collaboration with line departments. The position requires at least three years of experience in banking, knowledge of due diligence requirements, and the ability to maintain internal guidelines and CRM systems.

About the Role

  • The CDS Business Support and Development Team is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Client Documentation Service within the Financial Operations division.
  • As part of this team, you will manage the administrative aspects in close collaboration with the Account Opening and Modification Team.
  • This includes handling day-to-day requests—keeping internal guides up to date, supporting internal stakeholders by implementing new forms into the CRM/CLM system, and defining the associated process.
  • Cooperation with the relevant specialized departments, Legal & Compliance, or the tax expert.
  • Support the Client Documentation team with regard to bank forms and their handling and processes, including documenting and keeping the internal guides up to date.
  • Seek clarification from Legal & Compliance and other specialized departments.

Your Profile

  • Banking apprenticeship and/or higher education.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in client documentation services.
  • Knowledge of banking regulatory requirements regarding due diligence (CDB).
  • Experience working with client database systems such as CRM, CLM, and Know Your Client (KYC) tools.
  • Experience working at a financial institution and a solid understanding of banking practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a structured approach to thinking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English and German, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally).
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong desire to learn and contribute.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities under pressure, work collaboratively in teams, and adapt quickly to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient user of MS Office applications; skilled in Excel and PowerPoint.
