The Julius Baer Group is seeking a CDS Business Support & Development Manager (80–100%) to support and develop the day-to-day operations of the Client Documentation Service team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in client documentation services, as well as knowledge of banking regulations and practices.

The CDS Business Support and Development Team is responsible for managing day-to-day operational and administrative tasks in close collaboration with the Account Opening and Modification Team. This role involves handling daily inquiries, keeping internal guidelines up to date, and supporting internal stakeholders.Tasks
- Support for the Client Documentation Team regarding bank forms and related administrative processes
Your profile
- Banking training and/or higher education
- At least 3 years of professional experience in client documentation services
- Knowledge of banking regulatory requirements regarding due diligence (CDB)
- Experience with client database systems such as CRM, CLM, and Know Your Customer (KYC) tools
- Experience working at a financial institution and a solid understanding of banking practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a structured approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong willingness to learn and contribute
- Ability to manage competing priorities under pressure, work in teams, and adapt quickly to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Proficient user of MS Office applications, with expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
