We are looking for a Software Engineer with expertise in C# and .NET to lead the development of mission-critical systems. This position offers the opportunity to shape technical strategies and make architectural decisions as part of a high-performing team.

Tasks

The role includes:
  • End-to-end delivery of complex software solutions—from requirements gathering and architectural design through development, testing, and production deployment.
  • Long-term technical initiatives and/or technical improvements across systems.
  • Close collaboration with data scientists to align technical solutions with business objectives.
  • Developing code for core products, including C#, automated testing, and design patterns.
  • Conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance to colleagues and junior engineers.
  • Proactively identifying and resolving technical debt, improving system resilience, and optimizing performance.
  • Leading and supervising engineers to solve complex design and performance analyses for our platforms.
  • Helping shape the evolution of our engineering software and platform strategy.

Requirements

Essential requirements:
  • 5–7 years of professional experience in software development using C# and .NET.
  • Extensive experience with architecture or design, systems, and distributed systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
  • The ability to work effectively with AI-powered development tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and partners.
