Job description

We are looking for a software engineer with in-depth knowledge of C and .NET to lead the development of mission-critical systems.

Tasks

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex software solutions—from requirements gathering and architectural design through development, testing, and production deployment
• Responsibility for long-term technical initiatives and architectural improvements across systems
• Collaborating with business partners to develop solutions to large-scale problems and combining business expertise with technical insight
• Promotion of engineering best practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and sustainable design systems
• Conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance to colleagues and junior engineers
• Proactive identification and resolution of technical debt; management of system and application performance
• Lead incident response and root cause analysis for production issues
• Contribute to the further development of our engineering culture and platform strategy

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of professional experience in software engineering using C and .NET
• Proven expertise in architectural design, system capabilities, and distributed systems
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft .NET and servers, including C#, WinForms, SQL Server, design, query optimization, and performance optimization
• Ability to balance business value with a long-term technical strategy
• Strong communication skills, with a desire to serve as a role model and mentor
• A strong advocate of collaborative development practices and continuous improvement
