Mer Group is seeking an experienced software engineer to lead technical projects within the AI software development teams and contribute to the further development of the industry-leading technology platform. The role involves planning delivery processes, conducting code reviews, performing DevOps tasks, and collaborating with stakeholders using .NET and Go technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and tracking of current delivery progress—from requirements gathering through code review to deployment in production
  • Participating (contributing) in the processes: design and review at various stages, starting with proofs
  • Participating in code reviews and sharing knowledge with peers
  • Develop a technical plan for production components, such as reducing technical debt, improving release quality, and mitigating business obstacles
  • Assess and conduct an analysis of the impact of the current system architectures on implementation
  • Support third-party suppliers as needed
  • DevOps in production—monitoring any errors, monitoring certain issues for the team

Key Skills

  • Any work experience with full-stack .NET Go
  • Working in C# and/or .NET
  • Rapid Problem Solving Using Agile Engineering Techniques
  • Ability to communicate business requirements and collaborate across a broad architectural platform
  • Developer of software applications, including engineering diagrams
  • Communication specialist—able to grasp a project’s concept and lead projects involving conflicting viewpoints

Useful Experience

  • Any experience with Vention or working with full-stack .NET Go
