Overview

• Position: Central Screening Specialist
• Location: Singapore
• Working hours: Full-time

Tasks

• Carrying out name checks and searches among potential customers and existing customer base
• Checking the quality of submissions for name checks and requesting further information if required
• Review and disposition of hits, appropriate documentation and timely escalation of real and potential hits to internal customers (relationship managers / assistants)
• Ensuring a high-quality service
• Carrying out quality assurance checks on the work of other business units as required

Business Management

• Strong commitment to quality and continuous process improvement
• Support for new initiatives and ad hoc tasks
• Supporting the team with user acceptance tests

Monitoring tasks

• Guidance and daily supervision of junior team members regarding name verification processes and hit disposition
• Supervision and support of team members through on-the-job training
• First point of contact for complex screening cases; assessment of risks and recommendation of appropriate measures

Regulatory responsibilities and risk management

• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory laws, compliance policies and procedures
• Cooperation with compliance and other stakeholders
• Demonstration of appropriate values and behavior

Requirements

• Rank: Associate Director
• Sound judgment and initiative
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and as a team player
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Meticulous with an eye for detail
• Proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of English and Chinese (written and spoken)
