Central Screening Specialist

Tasks
- Carrying out name checks and searches among potential customers and existing customer base
- Reviewing the quality of submissions for name checks and requesting further information from the front office as required
- Review and disposition of hits, appropriate documentation, and timely escalation of all true and potential hits to internal customers (relationship managers/relationship manager assistants)
- Ensuring a high-quality service
- Performing quality assurance reviews of work performed by other business units when required
Business Management
- Strong commitment to quality and continuous process improvement
- Support new initiatives and ad hoc tasks as assigned by the unit manager
- Supporting the team with user acceptance testing
Regulatory responsibilities and risk management
- Ensuring adherence to relevant regulatory laws, compliance policies and procedures when conducting quality assurance reviews
- Cooperation with compliance and other stakeholders
- Demonstrate appropriate values and behaviors, including but not limited to standards of honesty and integrity, care and diligence, fair treatment (fair treatment of clients), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, appropriate risk management and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
