Tasks

Conducting name screenings and searches for potential customers and the existing customer base
Reviewing the quality of submissions for the name screening and, if necessary, requesting additional information from the front office
Review and appropriately documented handling of hits; timely escalation of all actual and potential hits within the required timeframe
Ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory laws, compliance guidelines, and procedures when conducting quality assurance
Collaboration with Compliance and Other Stakeholders

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or diploma with at least 1 year of relevant experience in name screening (preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office software and an affinity for technology
