Bank Zimmerberg is seeking a flexible, independent, and reliable individual to serve as CEO Assistant.

Tasks

  • Provide proactive support to the CEO in all administrative and organizational matters
  • Independently handling inquiries and coordinating tasks related to the CEO
  • Support for issues related to interbank relationships and banking networks
  • HR Support
  • Assistance with the planning and execution of events
  • Active participation and coordination in internal and external projects
  • Deputy Positions in the Area of Bank Management

Requirements

  • Completed banking training, ideally supplemented by further training in HR (e.g., HR assistant)
  • A structured, independent, and discreet approach to work
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • A strong focus on customer service, as well as a confident and professional demeanor
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft 365 applications; knowledge of finance software and/or Abacus is a plus
  • Very good knowledge of German
