CEO Assistant (80–100%) (m/f/d)
Bank Zimmerberg is seeking a flexible and self-motivated individual to serve as CEO Assistant, supporting the CEO with administrative and organizational matters while also handling tasks related to HR and events. The position offers opportunities for initiative and personal growth within a dedicated and supportive team.
Tasks
- Provide proactive support to the CEO in all administrative and organizational matters
- Independently handling inquiries and coordinating tasks related to the CEO
- Support for issues related to interbank relationships and banking networks
- HR Support
- Assistance with the planning and execution of events
- Active participation and coordination in internal and external projects
- Deputy Positions in the Area of Bank Management
Requirements
- Completed banking training, ideally supplemented by further training in HR (e.g., HR assistant)
- A structured, independent, and discreet approach to work
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A strong focus on customer service, as well as a confident and professional demeanor
- Proficiency in using Microsoft 365 applications; knowledge of finance software and/or Abacus is a plus
- Very good knowledge of German
