Erspannskasse Schaffhausen is seeking a CEO (m/f/d) for the company management.

responsibility

Overall responsibility for the bank includes:

• Strategic and operational management of the bank
• Overall responsibility for the bank's results, balance sheet structure, risk and capital management, and human resources policy
• Implementation of the strategy adopted by the Board of Directors and expansion of the market position in the region with a focus on customer growth, profitability, and increased efficiency
• Responsibility for an effective internal control system and professional risk management (credit, market, liquidity, and operational risks)
• Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements (banking supervision, money laundering, compliance, data protection)

Tasks

The tasks include:

• Leadership, development, and motivation of employees; fostering a performance- and value-oriented corporate culture
• Deepening and expanding market presence in the region (private and corporate customers, municipalities, institutions)
• Further development of the pension provision sector
• Maintaining and developing relationships with key customers, associations, authorities, media, and stakeholders
• Preparation and presentation of relevant reports and proposals to the Board of Directors (strategy, budget, risk reports, etc.)
• Further development of digital systems and IT processes in line with company requirements
