Change and Adoption Specialist

The Change & Adoption Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing change management initiatives to ensure the smooth rollout of new technologies and processes at Julius Baer. The position is advertised as a full-time contract starting immediately and running through December 31, 2026, with the possibility of extension.

Tasks

- Design and develop targeted change management initiatives to ensure a smooth transition and sustainable user adoption - Develop and implement training materials and communication plans tailored to different stakeholder groups - Conduct workshops, meetings, and roadshows to engage users and overcome barriers to change

Requirements

- Relevant college degree or higher professional qualification in business administration, communications, information technology, or a related field - Demonstrable experience in training and change management, preferably within the context of digital transformation or IT-driven initiatives - Working knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in fast-paced, iterative project environments - Strong stakeholder management skills across various levels and functions, with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly - Proven ability to drive user engagement in complex, multi-channel environments - Experience with adoption analytics—collecting, interpreting, and acting on user behavior data to improve outcomes - Proficiency in using collaboration and project management tools such as Confluence and JIRA for documentation, task tracking, and team coordination - Fluent in written and spoken English; knowledge of German is a strong plus
