Change and Adoption Specialist
We are looking for a Change & Adoption Specialist to support the implementation of new technologies and processes at Julius Baer and to prepare employees for these changes. The ideal candidate has experience in change management, strong communication skills, and knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Tasks
- Design and development of targeted change management initiatives to ensure a smooth transition and sustainable user adoption
- Development and implementation of training materials and communication plans tailored to various stakeholder groups
- Leading workshops, meetings, and roadshows to engage users and overcome barriers to change
Requirements
- A college degree or advanced vocational training in business administration, communications, information technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in training and change management, preferably in the context of digital transformations or IT-driven initiatives
- Practical knowledge of agile methods and experience working in fast-paced, iterative project environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills across various levels and functions, with the ability to communicate complex issues clearly
- Proven ability to drive user engagement in complex, multi-channel environments
- Experience with Adoption Analytics—collecting, interpreting, and applying user behavior data to improve results
- Proficiency in collaboration and project management tools such as Confluence and JIRA for documentation, task tracking, and team coordination
- Fluent in written and spoken English; knowledge of German is a plus
