Change and Adoption Specialist

Tasks

• Design and development of targeted change management initiatives to ensure a smooth transition and sustainable user adoption
• Development and implementation of training materials and communication plans tailored to various stakeholder groups
• Leading workshops, meetings, and roadshows to engage users and overcome barriers to change

Requirements

• A college degree or advanced vocational training in business administration, communications, information technology, or a related field
• Proven experience in training and change management, preferably in the context of digital transformations or IT-driven initiatives
• Practical knowledge of agile methods and experience working in fast-paced, iterative project environments
• Strong stakeholder management skills across various levels and functions, with the ability to communicate complex issues clearly
• Proven ability to drive user engagement in complex, multi-channel environments
• Experience with Adoption Analytics—collecting, interpreting, and applying user behavior data to improve results
• Proficiency in collaboration and project management tools such as Confluence and JIRA for documentation, task tracking, and team coordination
• Fluent in written and spoken English; knowledge of German is a plus
