Change Delivery Manager/ Scrum Master
The Change Delivery Manager/Scrum Master is responsible for managing change processes and leading projects, working closely with managers, security experts and stakeholders. The role includes promoting Agile principles, identifying and removing blockers and monitoring and reporting on team performance.
Job description: Change Delivery Manager/ Scrum Master
Tasks
- You will help drive change and manage ongoing projects and remove obstacles while working closely with management, safety engineers and stakeholders.
- The main tasks include:
- Coach teams and stakeholders in agile principles and best practices and promote continuous improvement.
- Responsibility for the development of existing and future business analysts.
- Support teams in becoming self-organizing and cross-functional.
- Identify and address blockages and dependencies between teams.
- Work closely with operational managers to ensure backlogs are refined, prioritized and aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor and report on team performance by using data-driven insights to drive improvements.
- Improve the use of Azure DevOps in operations to establish more efficient ways of working.
- Create and monitor Azure DevOps and PowerBI dashboards to get future metrics.
- Support project managers and operational managers in capacity planning.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate should have a fair amount of the following skills and experience:
- Essential:
- Previous experience working with cybersecurity teams or in a highly secure/regulated sector (e.g. finance, government, defense).
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and align delivery to strategic priorities.
- Familiarity with tools such as: Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar.
- Excellent facilitation, communication and conflict resolution skills.
