Change Delivery Manager/ Scrum Master

The Change Delivery Manager/Scrum Master is responsible for managing change processes and leading projects and is expected to coach teams and stakeholders in agile principles and best practices. The focus is on removing impediments and collaborating with managers, safety experts and stakeholders.

Job description: Change Delivery Manager/ Scrum Master

Tasks

  • Coach teams and stakeholders in agile principles and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Responsibility for the development of existing and future business analysts.
  • Support teams to be self-organizing and cross-functional.
  • Identify and address blockages and dependencies across teams.
  • Work closely with operational managers to refine, prioritize and align backlogs with business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on team performance by using data-driven insights to drive improvements.
  • Improve the use of Azure DevOps across operations to establish more efficient ways of working.
  • Create and monitor Azure DevOps and Power BI dashboards for future metrics.
  • Support project managers and operational managers in capacity planning.

Requirements

Essential requirements:

  • Previous experience working with cybersecurity teams or in a highly secure/regulated sector (e.g. finance, government, defense).
  • Proven ability to manage cross-team dependencies and align delivery to strategic priorities.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication and conflict resolution skills.
