Change Manager Coordinateur/trice Senior (h/f/x)

The position of Change Manager Coordinateur/trice Senior (h/f/x) at La Vaudoise Assurances in Lausanne involves leading the change management strategy, coordinating a community of change managers and developing communication and training strategies. Job description

Tasks

  • Pilots the strategy of change management
  • Define the change approach and a common methodology for the organization in collaboration with the change manager community and project teams
  • Create and deploy the consolidated change management plan and ensure its further development
  • Document and evaluate the accompanying measures for the change (change story - why, what, how) in collaboration with the change managers
  • Ensure the identification of specific support needs for the different departments (diagnosis/impact analysis and roadmap tracking) for all projects impacting the business units
  • Develop and deploy communication goals in collaboration with the communication teams
  • Create and coordinate communication content (e.g. presentations, intranet articles, newsletters) about the change in collaboration with the communication teams
  • Create indicators for monitoring and results (KPI) to measure and adjust the effectiveness of the change measures

Further tasks

  • Structure and deploy a strategy for skills training and development
  • Identify the training and development needs associated with changes in tasks, processes or system usage
  • Coordinate the training and development strategy and its implementation in collaboration with the specialist departments and the training team
  • Organize the conception of training and further education measures of the blended learning type (e-learning, attendance, tutorials, coaching)

Monitoring, coordination and animation of the change manager community

  • Inspire, lead and energize the change manager community to ensure collaborative momentum and alignment on strategic priorities
  • Ensure the initial stages of change management in close coordination with internal stakeholders (specialist departments, IT, HR, etc.)
  • Ensure the maintenance, enrichment and competence enhancement of change managers through coaching, training and further education measures, exchange of experience and lessons learned

Requirements

  • More than 10 years of experience as a change manager, including supporting a change manager community
  • Proven experience in defining change management strategies for complex transformation projects
  • Perfect knowledge of change management methodologies (Prosci, Kotter, etc.)
  • Proven experience in multi-channel communication and moderation - communication plans, user stories, storytelling
  • Solid skills in multi-channel communication and moderation
  • Ability to design training and further education measures of the blended learning type (attendance, tutorials, coaching)
  • Project management skills required
  • Conception and implementation of accompanying strategies - planning, measurable goals, risk management, retrospectives, scorecards, operational development
  • Experience in the management of monitoring indicators, scorecards, KPIs
  • University degree at Master's level (or equivalent), ideally in management, human resources or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in the insurance sector
  • Languages: French fluent - English B2 minimum - German B2/C1
