Change Manager Coordinateur/trice Senior (h/f/x)

The position of Change Manager Coordinateur/trice Senior (h/f/x) at La Vaudoise Assurances in Lausanne involves leading the change management strategy, coordinating a community of change managers and developing communication and training concepts. Job description

Tasks

  • Piloting the change management strategy
  • Definition of the change approach and a common methodology for the organization, in collaboration with the change manager community and the project teams
  • Creating and implementing a consolidated change management plan and ensuring its correct execution
  • Documentation and communication of change measures (change story - why, what, how) in collaboration with the change managers
  • Identification of support needs for various departments (diagnosis/impact analysis and roadmap tracking) for all projects that activate the departments
  • Development and tracking of a change dashboard to manage progress in the departments
  • Creation and coordination of communication content (e.g. presentations, intranet articles, newsletters, FAQs)
  • Establishment of indicators and reporting (KPI) to measure the effectiveness of change measures
  • Structuring and implementing a strategy for skills training and development
  • Identification of training needs in connection with changes in processes or systems
  • Coordinating the training strategy and its implementation in collaboration with the specialist departments and the digital transformation team
  • Orientation in the design of training courses (e-learning, classroom training, tutorials, coaching)
  • Monitoring, coordination and animation of the change manager community
  • Supporting change management initiatives in close cooperation with internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • More than 10 years of experience as a change manager, including training a change manager community
  • Experience in defining change management strategies for complex transformation projects
  • In-depth knowledge of change management methodologies (Prosci, Kotter, ...)
  • In-depth knowledge of project management, communication and change management
  • Solid skills in multi-channel communication and moderation
  • Ability to orient the conception of change training (e-learning, classroom training, tutorials, coaching)
  • Recognized competencies in project management
  • Experience in managing strategy implementation - planning, measurable goals, risk management, dashboard, operational implementation
  • University degree at Master's level (or equivalent), ideally in management, human resources or a related field
  • Experience in controlling - indicators, dashboards, KPIs
  • Fluent French - English B2 minimum - German B2/C1
