Change Manager Coordinateur/trice Senior (h/f/x)

La Vaudoise Assurances is looking for a Change Manager Coordinateur/trice Senior (80-100%) in Lausanne to pilot the change management strategy and lead a community of change managers. The position includes the definition of change approaches, the development of communication content and the coordination of training and development activities.

Job description

Tasks

  • Piloting the change management strategy
  • Definition of the change approach and a common methodology for the organization, in collaboration with the change manager community and the project teams
  • Creating and implementing the consolidated change management roadmap and ensuring its further development
  • Documentation and communication of change measures (change story - why, what, how) in collaboration with the change managers
  • Ensure identification of support needs for various departments (diagnostic/impact analysis and roadmap tracking) for all projects affecting the departments
  • Creation and co-animation of communication content (e.g. presentations, intranet articles, FAQs, newsletters) in collaboration with the communication teams
  • Establishment of indicators and reporting (KPI) to measure the effectiveness of change measures and adaptation of measures

Structuring and implementing a strategy for training and skills development

  • Identification of training needs in connection with changes in tasks, processes or the use of information systems
  • Coordinating the training strategy and its implementation in collaboration with the specialist departments and the digital transformation and new forms of use team
  • Conception of training formats (e-learning, classroom training, tutorials, coaching)

Monitoring, coordination and animation of the change manager community

  • Inspire, lead and animate the change manager community to ensure a collaborative dynamic and alignment with strategic priorities
  • Cooperative development of change management initiatives in close collaboration with internal stakeholders (specialist departments, IT, HR, etc.)
  • Ensuring the further development, enrichment and competence enhancement of change managers through coaching, training, exchange of experience and lessons learned

Requirements

  • More than 10 years of experience as a change manager, including leading a change manager community
  • Proven experience in defining change management strategies for complex transformation projects
  • In-depth knowledge of change management methodologies (Prosci, Kotter, ...)
  • Proven experience in the implementation of change processes in complex contexts
  • Strong communication and moderation skills - communication plans, user stories, workshops, storytelling
  • Ability to design training formats (e-learning, classroom training, tutorials, coaching)
  • Recognized competencies in project management
  • In-depth knowledge of stakeholder support strategies and risk management practices, stakes and roadmaps
  • Expertise in agile project management and operational deployment
  • University degree at Master's level (or equivalent), ideally in management, human resources or related fields
  • Experience in managing budgets and human resources
  • Language skills: French (mother tongue), English B2 (minimum level), German B2/C1
