Vaudoise Assurances is looking for a Change Manager Coordinateur/trice Senior to pilot the change management strategy and lead a community of change managers. The main tasks include defining change approaches, developing communication plans and monitoring change processes.

Tasks
- Piloting the change management strategy
- Définir l'approche Change de la Vaudoise et une méthodologie commune à l'organization, en collaboration avec la communauté des Change Managers et les équipes projet
- Elaborate and share the consolidated change management plan and ensure its proper execution
- Documenter et valoriser les mesures d'accompagnement au changement (Change Story - Why, What, How) en collaboration avec les change managers métiers
- Guarantee the identification of the support needs specific to the populations of the various departments (diagnosis/impact analysis and establishment of an action plan) for all projects involving the departments
- Développer et suivre la mise en œuvre d'un plan de communication adapté aux grandes parties prenantes internes (métiers, IT, RH, etc.)
- Créer et coordonner les contenus de communication (par ex. présentations, articles intranet, newsletters, FAQ, newsletters sur le changement) en collaboration avec les équipes communication
- Establish monitoring indicators and reporting (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of change actions and adjust planning
Structure and development of skills
- Structure and deploy a strategy for training and skills development
- Identify the needs in training related to the changes in the files, the processes or the use of the information systems
- Coordinate the training strategy and its execution in collaboration with the departments and the training team as well as the digital transformation

Monitoring and coordination of the change manager community
- Superviser, coordonner et animer la communauté des Change Managers
- Inspirer, encadrer et animer la communauté des Change Managers, en assurant une dynamique collaborative et un alignement aux priorités stratégiques
- Coordinate change management initiatives in close coordination with the internal parties involved (departments, IT, HR, etc.)
- Ensure the maintenance, enrichment and skill development of change managers through coaching, training, sharing of expertise and return of experience.
Requirements
- Experience of more than 10 years of accompanying transformations as a change manager, including training a community of change managers
- Mastery of the definition of change management strategies in complex transformation projects
- Parfaite maîtrise des méthodologies de Change Management (Prosci, Kotter, etc.)
- Maîtrise avérée de la conduite de projet, déploiement, déménagement
- Aptitudes solides en communication multiculturelle et facilitation - plans de communication, user stories, ateliers, storytelling
- Capacité à orienter la conception de formats de formation (e-learning, présentiel, tutoriels, coaching)
- Compétences reconnues en gestion de projet
- Experience in piloting organizational transformation projects, process adaptation, validation circuits, risk management, roadmaps, operational deployment
- Expertise en pilotage : indicateurs de suivi, tableaux de bord, KPls
- Diplôme universitaire de niveau Master (ou équivalent), idéalement dans les domains du management, des ressources humaines, ou domaine connexe
- Langues : Français courant - Anglais B2 minimum - Allemand B2/C1
