Chapter Lead Scrum Master

Your tasks

• Providing personal and professional guidance to your Scrum Masters (both operational and systemic), taking responsibility and helping to shape the process
• Responsibility for the successful fulfillment of the Scrum Master role in agile collaboration within the chapter (approximately 10–15 active Scrum Masters)
• Support and coaching for Scrum Masters in their professional and personal development
• Designing and conducting workshops and programs to scale and develop team collaboration
• Developing and maintaining standards, methods, and frameworks for Scrum Master practice to ensure quality and efficiency
• Support and review during the chapter's transformation from a traditional delivery model to an agile operating model

We hope that

• Completed higher education or bachelor's degree (e.g., master's degree in business administration)
• Recognized certification as a Scrum Master (e.g., CSPO)
• Verifiable practical experience as a Scrum Master (4+ years)
• Strong technical and methodological skills; experience as a Tech Scrum Master or Design Lead is a plus
• Strong empathy and communication skills to successfully bring together various stakeholders (developers, product team, etc.)
• A strong focus on stakeholders to successfully align the interests of various parties (development, product, etc.)
