• To convey a positive and caring image of Vaudoise Mutuelle.
• Provide first-level telephone support for our clients' customers.
• Resolve disputes in the best possible way.
• Coordinate our clients' requests with their web interfaces.
• Inform and assist customers regarding our partners' services through various communication channels.
• Support you and help you advance your career.
• Implement practical tools for customer service and marketing activities.
• Oversee customer follow-up and outreach activities.
• Oversee administrative and quality-related activities related to cross-functional initiatives and the client’s monitoring and sales tools.
• Acquire technical and business skills in the areas of management and project management.
• Work with the sales and marketing teams to resolve day-to-day issues related to sales operations.
• Analyze customer flows and determine what actions to take or how to improve them.
• Conduct audits of our database (e.g., to ensure ongoing compliance).
• Develop learning pathways and continuing education programs.
• Help organize events (conferences, seminars, exhibitions, etc.).
• Manage special events and demonstrate creativity and originality.

Votre profil :

• Federal Vocational Training Certificate (AFP) or a Federal Certificate of Competence (AFC) in the field of business.
• A successful first experience in a similar position.
• Native-level proficiency or excellent oral and written command of German, Italian, and French (C1 level required).
• Oral and written proficiency in German with an accent.
• Collaboration with a network of clients and partners in the medical field.
• You’re also drawn to working with people, and you enjoy listening to both the customer and the advisor as they work to find solutions.
