Chargé / Chargée de relation clientèle (h/f/x) 80%
Vaudoise is looking for a Customer Relations Manager (80%) in Lausanne to act as a point of contact for customers and promote a positive image of the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for customer service, handling inquiries, and coordinating customer requests with the relevant departments.
Tasks
The various tasks that await you:- Véhiculer une image positive et bienveillante de la Vaudoise Assurances
- Inform clients about the assistance and insurance services of Vaudoise and our partners by phone, email or chat
- Gérer la clientèle internet (contrats véhicules à moteur, espace client, etc.)
- Prendre en charge et traiter les demandes téléphoniques des agences Vaudoise
- Coordonner les demandes de nos clients avec les interlocuteurs concernés
- Assurer un premier niveau de support pour la clientèle télématique
Requirements
Votre profil :- Federal Vocational Education and Training Certificate (AFP) or Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) in the commercial sector
- Initial experience in a similar position
- Native language Swiss German, spoken and written proficiency in French (C1) and German (C1)
- Oral proficiency in Italian (B2)
- Basic knowledge of insurance is an advantage.
