Financial Compliance Officer - Monitoring (M/F)

Tasks

- In collaboration with the Security Department, he assesses issues related to the company in connection with potential threats that need to be addressed; - Under the supervision of the CISO, he handles alerts regarding activities in the resolution phase and/or pending; - Analysis of sensitive files regarding the processing of Public Security requirements, the Monetary Reference System (RMS), the receipt/transmission of data from Crédit Agricole Groups, and non-compliance risks related to ongoing projects; - Evaluates alerts related to Group entities; - Communicates with the Client Department and, upon validation, finalizes details regarding clients and transactions and implements identified AML measures; - Applies the AML management policy; - Prepares suspicious activity reports and records them in G@AML;

Requirements

• Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's degree (5 years) / Master's degree (2 years) or higher
• Education / Specialization: A master’s degree in financial security, financial crime, or banking law is preferred
• Minimum experience required: 3–5 years
• Experience: Entry-level experience in the field of compliance / financial security
• Desired skills:
  • Knowledge of banking techniques and procedures
  • Understanding of regulations, integrity in meeting deadlines and achieving set goals
  • Confidentiality policy related to compliance with the bank's code of ethics
  • Do you have a knack for teamwork when dealing with the bank's clients (both external and internal)?
  • Curiosity, attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to synthesize information
• Computer skills: Excellent proficiency in computer and office software (Microsoft Office and Business Intelligence)
• Languages: Fluent in English and French
