Compensation and HR Management Officer

Societe Generale is seeking a Human Resources (HR) Officer to manage personnel data and processes and ensure data quality. The incumbent will work closely with HR and line departments to develop and improve HR processes and tools.

Tasks

  • Participate in defining and implementing HR processes and tools that meet business needs
  • Ensuring the reliability and quality of HR data
  • Ensure the proper use of HR applications and repositories
  • Ensure the production of HR data for management, analysis, and consolidation purposes
  • Contribute to the development of HR processes and tools

Requirements

  • Graduate diploma (Bac + 5)
  • Significant initial experience in an HR department or data management department
  • Good knowledge of HR organization and processes
  • First experience with business intelligence and concepts in data analysis
  • Analytical and synthesis skills
  • Autonomy and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with numbers and data
  • Proactive and excellent interpersonal skills
