Training Officer - LAA expertise (m/f/x) - 90% Hybrid | Lausanne, Switzerland | With professional experience

Tasks

The following tasks await you:

• Support and monitor the daily work of new employees (coaching)
• Organizer and dispenser of theoretical and practical training blocks
• Create and maintain clear and effective teaching materials
• Read the status interviews with the employee and their line manager.
• Develop and deliver continuing education programs for employees
• Participate in and coordinate working groups related to business processes
• Identify and analyze opportunities for optimization or process improvements
• Participate in various projects related to digital transformation, in particular by representing business needs, conducting tests, and supporting change.

Requirements

For this position, we are looking for someone with:

• Completed training in the field of social insurance, ideally with a federal certificate
• Extensive experience as a LAA benefits manager, experience in loss of earnings due to illness an asset
• Perfect command of French and good knowledge of German (level B2); bilingual in French/German is an asset
• Très bonnes connaissances des outils informatiques usuels (MS Office)
