Training Officer - LAA expertise (m/f/x) - 90% Hybrid | Lausanne, Switzerland | With professional experience

Tasks

The tasks that await you:

• Supporting and reviewing the daily work of the new employee (coaching)
• Organizing and conducting theoretical and practical training courses
• Creating and maintaining clear and effective teaching materials
• Conducting discussions with the employee and their supervisor
• Developing and conducting training programs for employees
• Participation and coordination of working groups related to business processes
• Identifying and analyzing opportunities for optimization or process changes
• Participation in various projects related to digital transformation

Requirements

Votre profil :

• Training in social insurance, ideally with a federal diploma
• Many years of experience as an LAA service provider; experience in the area of daily sickness benefits is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of French and good knowledge of German (level B2); bilingual French/German an advantage
• Very good knowledge of standard office software (MS Office)
