Vaudoise Assurances is looking for a Chargé/e de formation - expertise LAA (90%) in Lausanne, who will be responsible for training employees in the field of LAA and will participate in digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have completed training in social insurance and have experience as a Gestionnaire prestations LAA.

- Supporting and reviewing the working day of new employees (coaching)
- Organizing and conducting theoretical and practical training courses
- Creating and maintaining teaching materials
- Conducting discussions with the employee and their supervisor
- Developing and conducting training programs for employees
- Participation and coordination of working groups related to business processes
- Identifying and analyzing opportunities for optimization or process changes
- Participation in various projects related to digital transformation
Your profile
- Degree in social insurance, ideally with a federal diploma
- Many years of experience as an LAA service provider; experience with daily sickness benefits is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of French and good knowledge of German (level B2); bilingualism in French/German is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of common office software (MS Office)
