Missions

The équipe de Sécurité financière, au sein du département Conformité is divided into 3 pôles. We are looking for a chargé(e) de Sécurité financière who will be integrated into the pôle Sécurité Financière France and Avis internationaux, consisting of 7 persons. Rattaché(e) au responsable de la Sécurité Financière, the missions consist mainly in participating:

• Am contrôle de la conformité client:
  • Handling of alerts from suspicious sanctions, FPE and negative information
  • Issue of comptable écritures KLC in the amount of the first line of defense
  • Control of docus KVC on the reality of real rivers of the first line of defense
  • Control of périodic revues LFC for the permanence of the line of defense
  • Tracking of anomalies and elements related to the écritures
  • Contribution to systematic regulatory inquiries
• At the surveillance of the transactions LCB-FT:
  • Treatment of alerts AML; Permanent point
  • Treatment of anomalies
  • Carrying out contrôle investigations and déclarations de soupçon
• On the diffusion de la culture de conformité within the bank:
  • Contribution to the training of collaborateurs via LCB-FT

Criteria for the candidate

• Min. educational level: Bac +5 / M2 and more
• Education / Specialization: Master type Conformité / Audit
• Min. experience level: 2-5 years
• Experience: Initial experience in financial security is required
• Competencies sought:
  • Good knowledge of the réglementation in relation to LCB-FT
  • Key elements of a financial security device
  • Ability to work in English when necessary
  • The candidate should be dynamic, autonomous, rigorous, organized and team-oriented
