Tasks

The tasks that await you:

• Provide technical support and advice to your colleagues in the processing of accounting tasks, particularly those related to cash management.
• Organize, plan, and coordinate your team's activities: leading meetings, bilateral discussions, managing replacements
• Support your employees and trainees (6 people) and ensure that accounting rules are properly applied.
• Contribute to division projects as a business expert in accounting
• Supervise and perform daily accounting operations, reconciliation work, and closings.
• Support agencies and other services in matters relating to accounting

Requirements

Votre profil :

• Federal certificate in finance and accounting or higher education in accounting (Bachelor of Business Administration, HEC, fiduciary agent certificate)
• Proven experience in accounting (minimum 5 years)
• Leader (experienced, recognized for your ability to mobilize teams, create a positive working atmosphere, and promote employee development, while making effective decisions in demanding environments)
• Native French speaker with excellent written and oral communication skills
• Good command of German (minimum level B2)
• Very good knowledge of Excel and modern ERP systems, in order to record entries and reconcile accounts
