• Within the Personal Insurance Department, and to strengthen the Loss of Earnings Due to Illness (PGM) team, we are seeking a Full-Time Loss of Earnings Due to Illness Team Leader based in Lausanne. The role involves leading a team of specialized claims adjusters and managing claims files.

The missions that await you

• Have your employees (10 people) ensure that management rules are properly followed
• Participate in, organize, and oversee the handling of loss cases during team meetings, bilateral meetings, the organization of plans and substitutions, etc.
• Actively participate in regular meetings with partners and insurers

Votre profil

• Federal Insurance Certificate or a qualification deemed equivalent
• Proven experience in the field of PGM services
• An experienced leader, recognized for your ability to motivate and build your own client portfolio (through sales and our Care Managers), as well as for managing claims.
