Group Manager Responsible for Solution Integration

missions

The tasks that await you:

• Ensure responsibility for the design, delivery, and maintenance of integration solutions that interconnect systems with our partners.
• Orchestrate the integration ecosystem to create seamless, high-value-added journeys based on enriched APIs and intelligent facades.
• Motivate and supervise a multidisciplinary team of around 10 people, based in Lausanne and Portugal, in a near-shore collaboration context.
• Develop implementation schedules taking into account the Enterprise roadmap and associated dependencies.
• Supporting the transition and skills development of your team in cloud technologies
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs), measure service quality, and manage continuous improvement plans
• Manage relationships with suppliers, external and internal partners
• Contribute to the data strategy and define the vision for integration services
• Oversee the financial management of solutions and platforms: TCO, contracts, licenses, and cost optimization

Your profile

Votre profil :

• Higher professional education of the HES, university, or EPFL type in computer science or general studies
• Significant experience in software development (Java, .NET) and mastery of the entire API ecosystem
• Experience managing technical profiles and ability to unite a team around complex projects
• Proven ability to coach and lead Scrum teams toward increased performance and continuous process improvement, aiming for stable velocity and product quality
• Customer focus and service orientation
• Excellent communication, ability to unite, inspire, and support change
• Fluency in French and English essential (minimum C1 level – daily working language with near-shore teams)
• Proactive, open-minded, and curious, you enjoy working in a team in a multidisciplinary environment.
