Tasks

  • Encadrer et faire évoluer une équipe marketing, en développant leurs compétences, la collaboration et une culture orientée performance, innovation et responsabilité
  • Contribute to the evolution of the company's marketing strategy, ensuring its coherence with the distribution channels and internal services (products, communication, data, IT, etc.)
  • Implement the marketing plan at national and regional levels, adapting actions to local realities and market opportunities
  • Piloter activement les projets de transformation d'entreprise
  • Monitor marketing performance using key indicators, anticipate risks and manage the budget

Requirements

  • Formation universitaire supérieure or HES in marketing, communication or domaine connexe, complétée idéalement par des certifications en marketing digital ou gestion de projet
  • Extensive experience in marketing services, with a strong track record in the insurance and financial services sectors, and the ability to translate client needs into specific and differentiated marketing strategies
  • Maîtrise de l'outil CRM et des plateformes d'automatisation marketing, avec une expérience avérée dans la conception, l'exécution et l'optimisation de campagnes multicanales orientées performance (segmentation, scoring, analyse RCL)
  • Excellent client orientation and a clear sense of results, allied to a strong business stability and a capacity to generate measurable value for the company
  • La langue maternelle française ou allemande, avec une excellente maîtrise d'au moins une langue (niveau C1 minimum), tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit (l'anglais est fortement apprécié)
