Chef / Cheffe de service Marketing (h/f/x)

Job description

We are looking for an experienced manager for our marketing team. As Chef/Cheffe de service Marketing (h/f/x), you will be responsible for managing a team of 13 people and developing our company's marketing strategy.

Tasks

* Encadrement and development of a marketing team to drive capability, collaboration and a performance driven culture * Contribute to the development of the company's marketing strategy to ensure it aligns with sales channels and internal services * Implement the marketing plan at a national and regional level, adapting to local conditions and market opportunities * Actively manage company transformation projects * Monitor marketing performance against key performance indicators, anticipate risks and manage the budget

Requirements

* University or college degree in marketing, communications or a related field, ideally complemented by certifications in digital marketing or project management * Experience in marketing services, particularly in insurance or financial services, with the ability to translate customer needs into concrete marketing strategies * Proficiency in CRM tools and marketing automation platforms, with experience in the design, execution and optimization of multi-channel campaigns * Excellent customer focus and results orientation, combined with high business stability and the ability to generate measurable value for the company * Native French or German, with excellent knowledge of another language (minimum level C1)
