Tasks

  • Management of a marketing team of 13 people and active participation in the development of the Group's marketing strategy
  • Promotion and further development of the marketing team, development of skills, collaboration and a performance-oriented, innovative and responsible culture
  • Participation in the development of the company's marketing strategy, ensuring consistency with sales channels and internal services (products, communication, data, IT, etc.)
  • Implementation of the marketing plan at national and regional level, adaptation to local conditions and market opportunities
  • Active management of the company's transformation projects
  • Monitoring marketing performance against key performance indicators, anticipating risks and managing the budget

Requirements

  • Solid professional training with at least 8 years of experience in strategic marketing functions, a significant part of which in team management
  • University or college degree in marketing, communications or a related field, ideally supplemented by certifications in digital marketing or project management
  • Experience in marketing services, with a high added value in insurance or financial services, and ability to attract top candidates for creative and differentiating marketing strategies
  • Mastery of CRM tools and marketing automation platforms, with experience in the design, implementation and optimization of multi-channel, performance-based campaigns (segmentation, scoring, analysis)
  • Excellent customer focus and strong results awareness, combined with high business stability and ability to generate measurable value for the company
  • Native speaker of French or German, with excellent command of another language (at least level C1), both orally and in writing (English is an added advantage)
