Tasks

• Encadrer et faire évoluer une équipe marketing, en développant leurs compétences, la collaboration et une culture orientée performance, innovation et responsabilité
• Contribute to the evolution of the company's marketing strategy, ensuring its coherence with the distribution channels and internal services (products, communication, data, IT, etc.)
• Implement the marketing plan at national and regional levels, adapting actions to local realities and market opportunities
• Piloter activement aux projets de transformation d'entreprise
• Monitor marketing performance using key indicators, anticipate risks and manage the budget

Requirements

• Professeur solid avec au min. 8 ans d'expérience dans les fonctions marketing stratégiques, dont une part significative en management d'équipe
• Higher university or HES education in marketing, communication or related fields, ideally complemented by certifications in digital marketing or project management
• Extensive experience in marketing services, with a strong track record in the insurance and financial services sectors, and the ability to translate client needs into specific and differentiated marketing strategies
• Maîtrise de l'outil CRM et des plateformes d'automatisation marketing, avec une expérience avérée dans la conception, l'exécution et l'optimisation de campagnes multicanales orientées performance (segmentation, scoring, analyse RCL)
• Excellent client orientation and a clear sense of results, allied to strong business stability and the ability to generate measurable value for the company
• La maitrise matérielle française ou allemande, avec une excellente maitrise d'au moins une langue (niveau C1 minimum), tant à l'orale qu'à l'écrit (la maitrise de l'anglais constitue un atout supplémentaire)
