Group Leader, Personal Insurance Training & Quality [FR/DE] (m/f/x)
Vaudoise is seeking a bilingual (French/German) team leader for the “Personal Insurance Training & Quality” department in Lausanne to lead a team of experts in the areas of competency development and quality assurance. The position involves organizing training activities, further developing learning processes, and ensuring quality standards within the division.
Tasks
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of trainers and Training & Quality specialists
- Organize the team's activities and ensure the optimal allocation of resources based on job roles and managers
- To further develop initial and continuing education programs, including quality standards for training pathways
- Lead projects aimed at improving the learning experience and the effectiveness of training programs
- Participate in the development and revision of business guidelines and ensure the harmonization and effective dissemination of changes
- Support teams in implementing business procedures and ensure that results are applied and corrective actions are defined within the division
- To serve as a key point of contact for quality assurance: ensure compliance with quality standards and ensure that risks are identified and addressed
- Contribute to Vaudoise’s success through your leadership, your industry expertise, your experience in continuing education, your operational skills, and your ability to bring teams together
Requirements
- Higher education or equivalent experience in the field of insurance and training or professional development
- Bilingual in French and German: at least C1 level in the non-native language (required)
- Proven experience in personal insurance, ideally in training program services
- A strong interest in knowledge transfer and the development of professional skills
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Active listening skills, a solutions-oriented approach, and the ability to collaborate with a diverse range of people
- Natural leadership, the ability to bring people together and foster a climate of trust
- Proficient with digital tools and interested in issues related to digitization and digital transformation
