Head of P&C Services (m/f/x)

Tasks

The tasks that await you:

• Provide your support and technical advice to your colleagues on cases
• Organize and coordinate your group's work: hold team meetings, bilateral meetings, organize replacement plans, etc.
• Actively participate in weekly departmental management meetings and work closely with the department head and other team leaders.
• Train your employees (10 people) and ensure that management rules are properly applied.
• Plan, organize, and monitor your team's claims processing and actively participate in improving and simplifying processing procedures.
• Handle some of the claims in your own client portfolio independently and proactively (from the outset and in close collaboration with loss adjusters and specialists).
• Maintain regular contact with partners, policyholders, and stakeholders involved in cases.

Requirements

Votre profil :

• Federal insurance certificate or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in the field of wealth management services
• Leadership experience demonstrating your ability to mobilize teams, create a positive working atmosphere, and promote employee development, while making effective decisions in demanding environments
• Native French speaker with excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in standard computer tools (MS Office)
