The missions that await you

• Provide employees with technical support for their cases
• Develop, monitor, and analyze performance metrics
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the courses
• Help define, monitor, and achieve objectives
• Maintain and develop relationships and exchanges with agencies
• Ensure employee training and ensure that contracts are strictly adhered to
• Organize and coordinate group work by providing support, etc.
• Oversee the planning and organization of the processing of procedures (new cases, changes, and deadlines)
• Independently and proactively manage a portfolio of contracts (new business, amendments, cancellations, and renewals, etc.) and draft business correspondence

Votre profil

• Holder of a federal insurance certificate or equivalent training
• Proven experience in individual retirement planning (G11)
• Leadership and experience in team management and leadership
• Native French speaker with a good command of German (minimum B2 level)
• Proficiency in standard computer software (MS Office)
