As a Junior Project Manager, you will join the Process & Experience Collaborators team, whose mission is to analyze and implement cross-functional processes for the Indosuez Wealth Management Group. You will play an active role in developing cross-functional processes, managing projects, and training employees. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Gathering and Analyzing Employee Needs
  • Collecting employee concerns and suggestions through various channels
  • Analyze and prioritize requests and projects to determine the actions to be taken
• Leading workshops and contributing to the development of solutions
  • Organizing and leading workshops to deepen understanding of the issues and develop innovative solutions
  • Involving the stakeholders in defining the measures to be taken
• Management and Monitoring of Implementation
  • Overseeing the implementation of the selected solutions, including coordination with the relevant departments and providing support
  • Supporting the development of processes and tools (core banking system, CRM, portfolio management, etc.) to ensure their acceptance and efficiency

Junior Project Manager (V.I.E) (M/F)

• Minimum educational level: Bac +4 / M1
• Education / Specialization: You hold a Bac+4 or Bac+5 degree, ideally with some initial experience in banking or project management
• Minimum experience: 0–2 years
• Search by Skills:

  • You have excellent written communication skills
  • You have excellent verbal communication skills
  • You have a good understanding of how a bank operates and the various professions that make it up
• Computer skills:
  • You are proficient in standard office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AI tools)
• Languages: You speak French and English; any additional languages are a plus
