Project Manager - Service Quality
Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV) is seeking a Project Manager – Service Quality who will serve as the primary point of contact for service quality within the Services Division and work to improve service quality across the company. The ideal candidate has experience in project management and quality assurance, as well as strong analytical and communication skills.
Main missions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Division's service quality
- Handle and coordinate all requests from the central Service Quality team, across the Bank or within the Division
- support, assist with, and coordinate the monitoring of service quality within the Division, in particular by preparing reports and planning and conducting the necessary analyses
- identify areas for improvement and engage stakeholders in a constructive manner
- implement / assist with projects to improve service quality
- play a more active role in projects related to the Division's activities
Profile
- Education or experience in project management
- Experience in service quality management and monitoring; knowledge of the banking sector and/or IT is a plus
- analytical and conceptual skills, natural curiosity, creativity, constructive critical thinking and assertiveness, proactivity, attention to detail
- proficiency in standard office software
- interpersonal skills and strong communication skills
