Senior IT Project Manager
BCV is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to proactively manage IT projects, risk management, and change management in the banking sector. The ideal candidate has experience in IT project management—preferably at a Swiss bank—as well as knowledge of front-office business areas and a good command of English.
Vos missions
- Proactively manage risks related to schedule, cost, quality, and scope, and provide transparent reporting to management
- Lead the change management initiatives necessary for the success of IT projects (training, user support, potential decommissioning of applications, etc.) in order to maximize the added value of the projects for the business units and the bank
- Ensure a high level of quality for functional and non-functional solutions by involving experts and, on that basis, design, prepare, manage, and conduct acceptance tests
- produce high-quality feasibility studies, project charters, and requests for proposals to ensure that management makes fact-based and effective decisions
- Systematically verify with the architects that their designs comply with banking architecture standards
- a coherent annual plan for functional and technical enhancements to the department's applications, aligned with IT priorities
- Contribute to the development of an annual IT roadmap. Enhance BCV’s IT system management by systematically improving applications and ensuring high-quality functional documentation for each project
Votre profil
- Project Manager in an IT department, ideally at a Swiss bank
- Analyst, Project Manager, Product Manager for CRM solutions
- Languages: Good command of English required; German is a plus
- Knowledge of the banking industry and the challenges of front-office roles (retail banking, corporate banking, private banking, and/or asset management)
